Room was clean with a comfy bed. Had an electric kettle, minibar, and tv. Morning breakfast was decent, although a bit repetitive. The gym was adequate and the indoor pool looked nice. Friendly staff made it enjoyable. And they had great coffee options too!

Breakfast selection was excellent. We liked the fact that we chose holiday inn mulhouse.

The hotel position is not attractive, especially as there was building work being carried out nearby. The room booking had been lost and the receptionist did not seem to be able to speak any English (my French is only basic). The room requested was non-smoking but we were given a smoking room-disgusting smell! No milk provided for coffee/tea. Party in the hotel went on until the early hours and kept us awake which was not good as we had travelled 550km that day! Very poor experience.

There are more interesting hotels in Mulhouse-centre, but this is a great place for a stop-over on the way south. Good rooms, friendly staff, nice pool, excellent food in the Brasserie Flo, good breakfast.

It is located in the outskirts in an area that is being developed, so don't expect a nice view, a cosy bar full of people or any other restaurant close by.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, particularly the cute atmosphere created by the attentive staff. The breakfast had a good variety, from fresh pastries to organic juices. The location made it easy to explore Mulhouse, a charming city with lovely shops nearby.

Parking can be confusing.

The colours of the roomwere awfull. Room very dark decorated with dark red. But as we stayed for just one night was .......Not sure if I would recommended it

Bar prices ridiculously expensive - oddly enough no-one seemed to be in there.

The staff was notably friendly and accommodating , . The cleanliness of the room was excellent , with thorough daily cleaning. I appreciated the quietness of the room, awesome for a restful night's sleep. I found the hotel atmosphere cozy and well-managed.

There is a huge building under construction directly adjoining the hotel. This construction will be going on for a long time to come as it is not near completion. The second thing I did not like was that even though I submitted my hotel breakfast menu that was to be delivered to my room at a certain time, even though the menu was picked up during the evening, the breakfast was not delivered and they apparently lost my order.

Great restuarant on the second floor. Excellent food, especially the recommended wine in the menu.

Location was slightly out of centre for easy walk, although public transport can be taken.

The room was super spacious with comfy beds, made for a great night's sleep. Windows were well-sealed, so it was nice and quiet. I loved the neat little touches, like the quality towels and daily replenishment of coffee and treats. The bathroom was decent too. It overall felt cozy and well-looked after.
